Effective Date: August 20, 2026
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed by Nathan Fischer, including but not limited to Simply Click, GlobalTag, and Portfolio10.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless explicitly stated within the app. Some apps may request permission to access your device’s location (e.g., GlobalTag) to enable core features. This data is stored locally and not shared with us or any third party.
Some apps, such as GlobalTag, use your device’s location to provide key features like tagging and proximity notifications. Your location is never sent to a server or shared externally. It is only used within the app and stored on your device.
Apps may allow attaching photos or accessing your gallery (e.g., when tagging locations, or building a photo portfolio). These photos remain on your device and are never uploaded or shared unless explicitly stated. In Portfolio10, photos you choose for your portfolio stay on your device unless you turn on iCloud Sync, in which case they’re stored in your own private iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit — never on our servers, since we don’t run any.
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools across our apps generally. Portfolio10 is the exception: it shows advertising to free users, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads, but only if you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt — declining still shows ads, just not personalized ones. See Google’s privacy policy for what Google collects. Purchasing Portfolio10 Pro removes all advertising. If any other app begins using analytics or advertising, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Some apps offer in-app purchases (e.g., unlocking Premium features, or Portfolio10 Pro). These transactions are securely handled by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
All user data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified. You can delete the app to remove all stored data. Portfolio10 offers an optional iCloud Sync feature that stores your portfolio — including your photos — in your own private iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit, accessible only to you through your Apple ID and never to us. No other app currently uses cloud storage or requires an account.
This privacy policy may be updated occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
